A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
Before we ship your order, we have to prepare the products. We guarantee that most orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of your order. If the item's stock status changes, we will inform you in time for you to make another selection or we can issue you a full refund.
Orders placed after 11AM PST will be processed the following business day.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
You will receive an email notification once your order ships.
Allow approximately 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday) for tracking information to update.

1.Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
2.Orders may be delayed during the weekends and busy season.
3.If an item in your order is out of stock and unavailable, you will be contacted within 2 business days about the cancellation. If your order contains additional available items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. You will then be issued a refund that will be processed within 3 business days.
4. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.
1. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place an order. The customer is responsible for all costs due to an incorrect address.
2. We do not accept PO Box, BFPO (UK) or APO/FPO addresses.
Please inform us with 5 hours if you want to cancel your order.
2. Unsuccessful delivery
Notes concerning packages being returned to us (due to unsuccessful delivery caused by the following reasons):
① Incorrect address.
② The shipping company couldn't get in touch with the recipient, or the recipient was not at the delivery address.
③ Awaiting collection as requested by recipient, but the recipient didn't show up.
④ Customs contacted the recipient and the recipient refused to sign the parcel directly without contacting us first.
For orders that require freight charges, no additional charges are necessary. If the original order is mailed by parcel post, the merchant can continue to charge the freight for the replacement of goods, but no other listing fee will be charged.
INCORRECT OR LOST ORDERS
If you receive items you did not order or some of the items you ordered are missing, please let us know. Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- your order number
- the item number(s) of the missing or incorrect product(s)
- digital photos of the shipment, where possible
Our customer service team will contact you as quickly as possible to sort out your order.
DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL POLICY
We offer a 7-day DOA (Defective on Arrival) policy. If a product you’ve purchased becomes defective within 7 days of receipt, we will send you a new one, completely free of charge. Simply notify us within the 7-day period, and after approval, submit a return request through your Ribao account at Ribaostore.com. We will pick up the defective product and deliver a new one at no cost to you.
Please note that the defective goods must be returned in their original packaging. Items returned without their original packaging cannot be accepted for DOA; they will be sent for repair under warranty instead.
After the 7-day period, the standard warranty terms apply.
